Why marketing coaching?

The biggest challenge for an entrepreneur is facing  uncertainty. The uncertainty of results, of cash flow, of stability…and the uncertainty of success are real energy drainers. And in many cases the focus moves from developing, despite these uncertainties, to replacing them with things that are familiar and safe.

Our mental structure has a hard time accepting uncertainty, just as it is difficult for it to accept change: the unknown is beyond control, therefore millenniums of surviving stored in our DNA are calling for our return to a safe house. And the true challenge is not to end this internal calling, but to learn to guide yourself through it, as it might sometimes actually save you from real dangers.

You probably know most of these things already, but implementing them has turned out to be harder than  expected in most cases. This is where coaching comes in, guiding and supporting your transformation to reach your goals.

Coaching Brief

You will receive a set of questions that will consolidate you objectives, your channels and your current needs and status. This will be a good reference for later discussions in the sessions.

Initial session & plan

The first session is dedicated to discussing the brief and, depending on the package, the coaching plan. This is dedicated to understanding the future process and aligning expectations.

In between session work

Coaching sessions are dedicated to equipping you with the instruments you need to reach your objectives. And in order to do that, you will have different materials or activities to do from one session to another.

Coaching sessions & follow-up

Once the coaching process has started it will follow closely your objectives. This is why, the plan will be adjusted on the way and you will know how far or close you are from the initial timeline.

Closing session & debriefing

Marketing coaching is a process that does not have a limit on the number of sessions recommended, as a business continuously develops. However, if in the first months there would be around 2 sessions/ month, after 10 sessions, these could spread up to 1 every 3 months.
